Does iTether specialize in specific types of addiction recovery?
Actually, we view providers as the specialists in addiction recovery. Since iTether specializes in technology, we stick to providing a content neutral digital platform that adds value across all types of addiction recovery services. We offer white-label customization that allows each provider to make the product look and feel like their own. Additionally, iTether converts the provider’s own content for use with the platform, enabling them to save time and money while transforming the way they deliver treatment services.
Why is data so important?
“If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it.”* That’s why using data to measure outcomes is a core component of the iTether platform. By automatically collecting and measuring a wide variety of relevant data, providers can connect treatment plans to evidence-based outcomes, enabling continual improvement for patients.

How does the iTether platform foster accountability?
Accountability is an important factor in successful and long-term recovery. In fact, it’s so important that it’s now a requirement, referred to as value-based care, established by the Affordable Care Act. The iTether platform seamlessly integrates accountability across all user segments. Patients engage with the product early in their treatment program, providing active feedback in the form of evidence-based outcomes. Treatment providers then analyze patient feedback to adapt each individual’s treatment program, providing improved results over the long term. Finally, payers can view and validate provider outcomes to make performance-based payments.
